What happens when you try to open your outlook calendar?

Customer:

Hi Joseph. The calendar opens and I can't see my Calendar. There is a message that says, "Cannot display information. There is either a problem connecting with the server or an error occurred. Try starting microsoft office again."

Customer:

Also, when I open Outlook I get a message that says, "Could not read the calendar. Outlook can't open this item. The item may be damaged."

I think it's 2007....how do I check?

Click the Fix it button and then click Run

shorecc :

In order to ensure you don't lose me, right click that link and click Open link in new tab

It will then start with an installation Wizard, just click the checkbox Agree and then click Next until the Wizard completes

Customer:

My problem isn't the inbox it's the calendar

Yes but your calendar is associated with the outlook PST file, so this will repair that

Ok to find the location of your PST file, 1st go into Outlook

shorecc :

On the Tools menu click Options

On the Mail Setup Tab click the Data Files button

shorecc :

Here it will tell you the location of your PST files

shorecc :

For example, C:\Exchange\Mailbox.pst indicates a .pst file that is named Mailbox.pst located in the Exchange folder on your drive C.

This is the location / file you wish to put into the Fix It tool
