Text Enhance has invaded my Google Chrome browser, attacking

Resolved Question:

Text Enhance has invaded my Google Chrome browser, attacking various words on every website I go to. For example, this is from the video I posted on youtube yesterday.
home based business is underlined and goes to a text enhance ad that I did NOT set up or approve of.
How do I get rid of it?
If I use Firefox to view the video, home based business is normal and there is no text enhance ad on Firefox, just Google Chrome.

And uncheck the "Enabled" box... then open a new tab and try to see if Text-enhance is gone. If it is, then go back to Tools --> Extensions and click "Remove" for that extension to eliminate it.
