Hello, and thanks for asking your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be your expert today.

Click the Windows Start button > In the box type devmgmt.msc and press enter > Double click Keyboards

Right click the keyboards listed there and select Uninstall > Now restart Windows, and once logged back in, wait 5 minutes, then disconnect the usb keyboard and see if the laptop keyboard works again normally.
