Why does my Roadrunner email respond and work so slow? Takes

Why does my Roadrunner email respond and work so slow? Takes 30 secs or longer to log in...VERY slow opening, sending, replying, deleting...etc? Also, when I open my address book and try to create a new email to one or more of my contacts, Explorer crashes when I hit OK and try to go back to the Compose page?

Please advise and thanks!

  1. Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (Including our chat)

click Start

Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER:


The Internet Options dialog box appears.

  1. Click the Advanced tab.
  2. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
  3. When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
  4. Start Internet Explorer again.
