I am locked out of my Toshiba Satellite L655, I have tried removing the battery, clicking F8, F2,F12 and all 8 digit passwords. Please help

Is this windows or bios/setup password? Did you remove the big or small battery? Did you forget the password?

yes, i forgot the password XXXXX I reset it in utility, it is the bios/setup, big battery removed

This can be complicated; you may or may not be able to remove the BIOS password, but you can try to disassemble the laptop and remove tiny cmos battery if possible; you can see the manual below and see starting page 4-7
