Hi, can I get some more info? Which tablet is it, and what kind of home network security are you using?

Also, is it fully shutting down or going to sleep due to inactivity, or are you receiving a "powering down" or similar message when you see it shutting down?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
It is an ASUS Eee pad TF 101 with an attachable keyboard
I have extended the sleep time to five minutes
It will not allow me to connect to my cisco address but does connect me to the address I give to guests to use Now it is asking for passwords etc that I just don't use with my other two computers (desk top & a laptop) When I try to access google for help I cannot connect

Is your private network using a hidden SSID (the network name)?
