Click on that and select Run.

Select that, now you see Run?

one has no title 9.77 GB healthy the next says ACER C 228.01GB healthy and the last DATA D 227.98 healthy

it doesnt blink but the light is on
What is the response you are getting from the computer while inserting the USB cable to the computer?
When it was working, the computer shows that it is connecting. Right?
this is the first time ive used it in a week it worked fine last week but havent been able to connect it today
Have you tried a different USB cable with it?
normally it would make a noise when its connected and disconected

yes tried the printer that is a USB connection and that worked
no noise with either

no i dont have one
Before doing any troubleshooting, you have to check another USB cable with the hard drive.
Becuase, there is a chance to the USB cable to fail.
So, it is better to check with another USB cable and proceed further.
Is the hard drive in warranty?
Are you able to get another USB cavle for it?
not today but over the weekend
Checck it with a different USB cable and let me know the result.
