Yes, and it is Miss

also, fyi, when I put in my password on the page previously to get to you, it kept saying my password was incorrect
you mean hotmail password or just answer password
Are you sure the password is correct
Do you have another computer with you ?
no, sorry, wish I did.
Does this message Time out or page failure message shows on other web sites
no, I get to facebook, gmail, msn, weather, everything but my sign in page. When I went to the msn page and clicked
on hotmail, I got to the sign in page, but then that timed out
one moment please
Are you chatting from Firefox or IE?
ok which version of IE are you using ?
I don't know, how do I find out. I almost always you mozilla firefox
Click on help or the ? in the ie and click on about internet explorer
do I have to open another window in ie?
ok that is so old version
I know, I don't use it
I update firefox
I just tried ie to get to my email. I got to the sign in page, and am getting the page cannot be displayed
first we have to update the IE to the latest version
I don't use it. I like firefox
because hotmail is more compatible with IE also we need to reset the internet settings too
I'm afraid doing it will screw up this old computer. We are on the verge of getting a new one, but I would like to
keep this one functioning until then
it wont damage any thing that is for sure
please click on this link http://tinyurl.com/63k2tjj download and save the file to the desktop
let me know once you have done that.do not install it
the link timed out
I opened a window in ie, and it timed out too
disable AVG antivirus and try again
oh, good idea
oh, I clicked on the icon, but don't know how to do it, lol
right click on the icon and click on disable or exit
I'm finding it

I'm not sure. I put in my email address, and it said I was in the system,
it also had a box to put in my password, and that did not work. so something really bizarre is going on
Click on start>>> control panel>>>open internet options>>> then click delete under browsing history>>>select everything except preserved favourite website data and passwords then click delete.
I don't see the words, browsing history. I see History and temp internet file
are you sure you are in internet options window
I clicked on internet options, and a dialogue box comes up that say internet properties
ok then select History and temp internet file and click on delete
ok, I clicked clear history and under temp files, I will click delete files...
let me know once its done
open internet options again>>>click on security tab>>>then click on reset all zones to default level >>>now click on advanced tab >>>click on restore advanced settings then click reset after that click apply and ok
make sure IE is closed
In advanced there is a restore defaults button, and a long list of other choices, but I don't see restore advanced settings
ok click on restore advanced settings
you mean restore defaults?
yes ,is there a reset button available in advanced options
ok then click on restore defaults and then click on apply and ok
which version of Firefox are you using ?
click on help then click on about Firefox
sorry, forgot how to do it. I clicked on tools, but then couldn't do it. I know I updated the last time they asked
Its ok,click on help then click on about Firefox
Now click on tools in firefox then click on clear recent history select everything on the Top then uncheck Active logons then click on clear now
