Hi, I'll be helping you today.

Is this when you try to login to your Yahoo mail online, or is this a Yahoo program like Yahoo messenger you're trying to run on the computer?

Also - when did this first start happening time wise?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
It usually hapens when using E-Mail or lately at differnt times .
Expert:  Bernie replied 6 years ago.

Since this started happening fairly recently, lets try this, Click the Windows Start button > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Follow the prompts to pick a restore date and time before your issue occurred. You will not lose any files, please let me know the results.

The computer did a system restore, but how do I know this fixed the problem? It just stopped working again while I was typing this answer. Why?????????
Expert:  Bernie replied 6 years ago.
Ok I need to confirm some things first, did it say the restoration was successful at the end when you used system restore? Or did it say it failed and was not able to restore to the restore point you picked?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
It said it successful.

Ok, thanks. Let's continue:

As a test, please try a free browser called Firefox, click here to download it: > It is faster, safer, and generally has less issues than Internet Explorer. Install the browser and see if Yahoo mail works. I'll stand by.
