Can you open Internet Explorer then click Tools and then open the tab for Internet Options and click Security at the top of page
When the security box opens can you select Internet then click Custom Level and then scroll down and look under Scripting till you find Active Scripting.
Once you find it can you then select enable and save your changes then do the same for Local intranet,Trusted sites,and Restricted sites.
Once that is done can you then restart your computer and let me know if you still get the error or not.
