I alreaqdy did a screen keyboard and it still didn't work. so far the letters are "D" and "L" I haven't gone thru the alphabet

If they do work, then buy a Compressed Air bottle and blow air under all the keys. Mostly there is some dust / paper / garbage stuck under the keys.

If blowing air doesnt help, you will have to very carefully pull out all the keys (youtube has videos on how to do that) and then clean up there using air. Then plug in the keys again and see it works.

If it still does not work, then its hardware failure in the keypad or motherboard and you need to get it repaired by Acer or a local repair shop.

If its less then 1 year old then its in warranty and so you should just send the unit to Acer to get free repair / replacement.
