how do you reset it? I held it off 60 sec

Slide the power switch and hold it for EXACTLY 20 seconds. Then let go, wait one minute, and turn it on again.

Slide the power button to its on position and hold it there for FULL 30 seconds. Then release it and press and hold the HOME button until the screen flashes.
