Please try to uninstall the program by clicking Start > Control Panel > (Make sure classic view is selected on the left side) > Programs and Features > Then uninstall Acer eDataSecurity Management
Once you've done that, please go to this website:
CLICK ME
Scroll down a bit and select the Drivers and Downloads link.
Then, select your computer model. It should let you redownload the latest version of Acer eDataSecruity Managment on the following page (you may have to look around a bit through the different driver tabs).
