It gives me an error loading message as well as gmail. I can't access anything related to google

try this go to www.malwarebytes.org and download the free version and then

restart the computer and repeatedly tap F8 until you get the option to go into safemode then

run malwarebytes there and remove anything found and restart

the pc and go to windows as you normally do

Did as you asked...ran malwarebytes in safemode, scanned all files, re-booted and still having the problem.

I tried to do this, and it still does not load. I got the message Oops, internet explorer could not load google.

Please try the following:

Internet Explorer 7
  1. Open Internet Explorer 7.
  2. Click Tools, and then click Delete Browsing History.
  3. In Delete Browsing History, click Delete All.
  4. Click to select the Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons check box, and then click OK.
Internet Explorer 8
  1. Open Internet Explorer 8.
  2. Click Safety, and then click Delete Browsing History.
  3. In Delete Browsing History area, click Delete.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click Reset all zones to default level, and then click OK.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.

Please also click here to try some more methods to optimize Internet Explorer. Then try google or gmail again.

If it works or not, I suggest to click here to download and install Firefox browser. Then open Firefox and go to google.com and gmail.com in Firefox and see if it works. Firefox is faster and more reliable than Internet Explorer. You can use Firefox to go to any website.

Tried all these things...nothing works...Google still not loading. Tried installing firefox, the same thing happens.
