This is a problem with the feed roller either being dirty or worn.Use a dampened, lint free cloth to thoroughly clean the rollers and after that try printing again. If the problem persists, then the roller causing the issue is worn and will have to be replaced. Thanks and please click the green ACCEPT button after reviewing my answer. Thanks,Rob
Robert, this printer hasn't even had one package of paper through it yet...it's like brand new. I don't think the roller could be either dirty or worn yet. Any other suggestions?
It's either a defective roller or you have something jammed in the printer.
No other possibilities.
If you cannot identify anything jammed inside of the printer, the problem will be covered under warranty (I assume it's less than a year old)
