Welcome to JustAnswer.com

My name isXXXXX am one of the experts who will assist you today!

Im going to take a guess..

You have norton antivirus?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

I do have norton

Apologies for the delay..

The message you are seeing, is a feature of norton..

Norton is notorious for slowing down and interfering in online games.

My suggestion , is to disable norton the next tiime you play wow online..

You dont have to worry about hacking, as the wow server protects your ip ..

However, it wouldnt be a good idea to surf the internet , download files, or open emails, while you have norton disabled.

Just disable it when you want to play your game.. then re enable it when your done.

Ok.. you have a norton symbol at the bottom right of your taskbar right?

Open Norton. Click the Norton antivirus tab. Click Settings. Click Auto-Protect, and click Turn Off. Pick the duration ( maybe a few hours while your playing your game)

Hope that matches up..
