Did it already work previously or is it a new configuration ?

I purchase the program several weeks ago. The program has been working very well.

It does not want to recognize the outgoin mail amtp.att.yahoo.com

Do you have update or modify your firewall settings ? Do you have modidy your antivirus settings ? You need to be sure that port 25 is open.

Sorry, I talked about the ID and Password XXXXX Teamviewer remote control in order I can do the test on your computer with you.

 

Seems SMTP port 25 is replaced by 465 with SSL (crypted system)

 

Can you check this in your incredimail settings:

AT&T uses secure servers for both incoming and outgoing.


incoming: pop.att.yahoo.com - port 995 SSL
outgoing: smtp.att.yahoo.com - port 465 SSL

They both require full authorization,[email protected] and password.

Under 'properties', on the 'servers' tab:
"My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" should be checked.
"Use same settings as my incoming mail server" should be checked.
Go into advanced and look for:
"This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" should be checked.
