I am trying to use...
I am trying to use Hotmail as a new customer. Initially it was fine but yesterday I was unable to send emails and got an error message saying" This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you have violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support"
This morning the system was ok while I sent messages then I got the same error message again. Is this the sirt of service I can expect from Hotmail or should I seek another outfit?

I have replied but obviously to the wrong address. The info you sent was not useful. The problem was with the ISP and they corrected this eventually. yopur sugestions were therefore not followed.
