Hi
I brought a new PB laptop yesterday and a new wireless router, on the first evening everything worked great and I could get online. But today when ii press internet explorer icon nothing happens, no page comes up and it doesnt connect to the internet.
Please help

Yes nothing happens when I click on the IE icon, no page even comes upp to say it cant connect to the internet

ok thanks for the information

 

Can you do the following please

 

Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

(You can also load IE without add-ons by clicking START --> RUN and then typing iexplore.exe -extoff)

If those don't work try to re-register IEPROXY.DLL by clicking START --> RUN and typing regsvr32 IEPROXY.DLL and then clicking OK.

 

once in Internet Explorer, click tools, internet options, general, delete and then delete in the new window

 

Then click on advance, reset

 

close Internet Explorer and reopen it as you normally do
