I own a Acer X3200...
I own a Acer X3200 desktop computer which I believe is also sold as X3200 in the USA
Currently I am trying to restore the unit to factory settings using restore discs.
I am told by Acer that to access the procedure I use Alt F10 at the computer startup as the Acer splash screen comes on.
I have tried this now for two days and no access I have been told to set the bios to cd as first boot still to no avail.
could anyone help.

Try using Acer eRecovery Management to do the factory restore: http://en.kioskea.net/faq/2040-acer-pc-restore-to-factory-settings#restore-the-system

Thanks but when I go to the Acer empowering technology tab a drop down bar appears at the top of the screen saying empowering technology but no mention of recovery or restore It is almost as if it is deleted.
