I just set up another gmail account

As soon as I set up the second account, I lost was unable to access and instead get an error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."

Greetings, do NOT accept my answer until you've tried the step below and its working. I'll continue to work with you further should this not remedy the situation.

Try resetting your web settings and logging back in.

Let me know if this works, and if it doesn't confirm the same error is still present.


Go to control panel, click internet options. Click advanced, click restore advanced settings, then click underneath it reset (then reset again to start the reset process). Close it, start Internet Explorer again, go to mail.google.com Log in with one account. Then log out. Log in with the new account, then log out. Confirm both are useable before responding.

The steps I gave you below are how to (the bottom half of that last post).

Starting with control panel. If you get stuck anywhere just ask!

We're not allowed to call sadly due to site policy.

I'm pretty sure I can walk you through this. Please describe the exact steps you're taking to get into gmail. Are you going to mail.google.com?

Also, if you successfully reset your web settings with my above directions, when you opened Internet Explorer your default homesite should have went back to MSN. Is this true?
