I have lost my Outlook...
I have lost my Outlook email, I was on line for one hour with Shaw.ca my service provider they said it was not them. When I call up Outlook it says I am not connected, but I get email when I go webmail. I suspect some other program is conflicting.

Open Outlook > Click on File > Click Work Offline to uncheck it.

When I click on Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 I get the following pop up "The network connection has been interrupted please try again later" I thought it might be my virus checker but did not see anything.

Seems like you have a network problem. Disable the antivirus and firewall and try again. Let me know, what happens.

It started on the 20 June before that it was fine. I think there was an update to another program around that time but I do not know what the up date was.

Click on start(left bottom of the screen) >

Type System Restore in search >

Hit enter.

 

In system restore choose a date when everything was running fine >

Continue with the restore process >

Computer will restart after a restore.


Note: You will not loose any data or information during a restoration process.

Try it this way:

Restart the computer >
Press and tap F8 while restarting >
Advanced Options Menu will appear >

Select Repair Your Computer >

Press Enter >

Click Next >

Click System Restore >

Computer will restart after the restore process.
