I do not know what...
I do not know what I am doing wrong. I just got a new desktop computer in my office.

I use Thunderbird. I use POP. I used to use Eudora. I have backups of all of this.

But, I do not seem to be able to direct Thunderbird to see my old Eudora and recent Thunderbird E-mails....(should be the same?)

When I first installed Thunderbird this seemed so trivial and inconsequential that I paid no notice.

Now that I need to make it happen it proves to be a chore.

Is Eudora still installed on your computer?








How long has Thunderbird been working?









And when did it start to experience problems?

I am not sure if there is a technical issue with the chat or not. But I am going to Opt out, maybe another expert will have more luck.

Customer:

I used Eudora up until about two years ago. I then Insatlled Thunderbird. Thunderbird was able to see the old Eudora folders and e-mails from Eudora.

Customer:

I have now a new machine (Xp) and I had to re-install Thunderbird. I can not figure out hoe to direct it to look for the old e-mail folders.

I have received your replies but there was little content.

Yes, Eudora is installed but it is not active. I just checked the Install/Uninstall lists.

This is on my lap top - at home - all is working well.

On my new desk top - at work - problems making Thunderbird work
