Hi I purchased a Baumatic BK 40.1 wine cooler and would like to reduce temp down by 2 deg how can i alter the thermostat to do this, it has been set to a minimum of 7 deg, I was told it would reduce to 5 deg, can you help me

You'll have to get your exact model number and match it up to select from one of those two pages. You can then access the user guide with specific instructions on changing the temperature.
