The icon appears on my screen, I click twice, then the Magic Jack appears, then the quote, "One moment of...,", then "tell your friends, etc., then nothing. The soft phone doesn't appear, but the whole icon with directions to double-click shows up again. This continues over and over but the soft phone never comes on.

1- Click here to download the Mac update for MagicJack ---> http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/20100402000008/upgrade.dmg

2- After the download finishes, double click upgrade.dmg to start the install

3- After the install restart your Mac BUT PLEASE FIRST BOOKMARK (favorite) THIS PAGE SO YOU CAN COME BACK WITH ME AFTER THE RESTART.


If that did not work, I am afraid this is an internal MagicJack issue. As they don't have customer support by phone, you can have a live agent available to chat with, here:

Thank you very much. I did the download as you instructed, but the Magic Jack still doesn't work. I'm not too great with computers, but I clicked on Bookmark, and it didn't seem to work. I reconnected with you by going back to my mail.
