How to I get Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 to activate after it has been installed and working for a year or more. It stopped working after I installed a new HP printer yesterday. When I go to my emails, all the emails appear as always, but when I click on send/recieve, a message that comes up reads "not implemented". I have gone to tools and cannot find how to implement the incoming emails. Nothing has been installed new expect for the new HP Photsmart Premium printer.

IPlease follow the below steps to activate your office 2007 program

Step 1

Launch your Microsoft Office 2007 programs, which include Access, Excel, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, SharePoint Designer, Visio and Word.

Step 2

Click the "Microsoft Office button" on the program you choose to activate. Every Microsoft Office application has the Microsoft Office button.

Step 3

Click "Program Name Options." For example, Microsoft Options or Excel Options. After clicking your program options, click "Resources."

Step 4

Click "Activate." Type in your name, contact information and region information. Type in your product key when prompted to and click "Activate" to activate your Microsoft Office 2007 program.

When I go to the start button and click on MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK 2007, all that comes up is my EMAIL ACCOUNT. I have Microsoft Office 2003. All I want to do is bring up the emails I have not received since installing my new printer Thursday night. That is when I stopped receiving new emails. Every time I click on send/receive, the words, "not implemented" pops up and I cannot receive my new emails. I am not interested in activating excell and all the other programs right now, only my new emails please. Thanks

Please run Repair option to fix this

Follow the below steps to run repair

  1. Start the outlook 2007 Office program.
  2. On the Help menu, click Office Diagnostics.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Click Run Diagnostics.
  5. If a problem is identified, Office Diagnostics may offer to run the repair process.
