I just asked aboutan error...
I just asked aboutan error messenges that I had - C:/users/owner/appdata/roaming/cryptdlgw.dll

Explorer wasn't working, I was told to make a restore point which I did and now windows is working, but I keep getting the same messege...what can I do now?

Like Mattlab I'm not finding any info on that file. That would suggest you are perhaps infected with malware. Please download and install the HijackThis installer from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download. Allow it to install to the default location. Open HijackThis and click 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'. When the scan has completed the log will open in Notepad. Please copy/paste the entire log here
