no I rarely use cap lock

Ok.

Steps:

1: Restart Computer.

2. Repeatedly press F8 key. This takes you to a black 'n white screen.

3. Select Safe Mode

4. If lucky, you will given the choice to choose between your account and the Administrator account.

5. Select the Admistrator's account.

6. Navigate to Control Panel > User Accounts and change the password XXXXX your user account.
