Sorry, I have a Toshiba laptop - Satellite/Home premium 32-bit I've had the issue for awhile. Using wireless with Brighthouse Networks. Got a new modem. I had them check it this morning and they said everything was working properly. I'm wondering now if it occurs when I have too many applications open i.e. internet, vpn, emails, docs, etc....

Yes, that is quite possible.We could still try to reinstall the wireless network drivers once. Let me know the exact model number of your laptop.
