I have a conflict between...
I have a conflict between my client management software and Outlook. Now when I open Outlook I get the following message:---------------------------

The Add-in "Redemption Helper Outlook Extension" (C:\Program Files\Client Marketing Systems\Advisors Assistant\Redemption.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

Verified
You will need to uninstall the Client Market Systems\Advisors Assistant software.

The Redemption.dll and whatever add-in in Outlook has been corrupted and needs to be reinstalled.

I am unfamiliar with the CMS\AA software.

Do you need to use the add-on in Outlook? Is this software designed for use with Outlook? Or is it a standalone program?

It is designed to work with Outlook. All was well until I did the Client marketing systems last update. Been on phone 2x with different tech support from their firm. They seem to point to Outlook as the issue. (OF course, not THEIR Problem) They recommended doing the uninstall/reinstall of office 2007 which I did. Prior to this though the client manegment system was also uninstalled /installed by them via online meeting.

I don't see the Add in that this is referring to in the program files. Thought I could add it somehow to solve issue?? Not sure though

Since I don't know enough about the CMS software, I am going to opt out to allow another expert to assist.
