Outlook Express with Rogers and I contacted Rogers and they told me to contact MSN

Did this problem recently start occuring? Does it freeze when you first open outlook express? or when you do a particular action?

 

Also which antivirus software do you have please

AVG Antivirus and No it does not freeze at all when I open my Outlook Express

ok, then please do the following

 

In outlook express Click View Menu > Preview Pane.

 

Turn it off please, restart outlook and then try.

 

Let me know if the problem persists

I am not satisfied and you took forever to get back to me and I totally lost you. i had to take the tower to an expert and pay $50 to reset all my esttings.
