I can't get into my...
I can't get into my email. A screen comes up that doesn't allow me to get into my mail as I normally would. I am being asked for information that I don't have! What happened??? I shouldn't be having this problem.

My internet browser is Internet Explorer My email provider is AOL - I think my email is web based - but, you have to understand that I am not very computer savy.!!

Hello,

Reboot your computer and then use a Restore Window Defaults setting if necessary

1. Sign in to the AOL Desktop software.
2. Right-click anywhere on the AOL Desktop software background, and the select "Restore Window Defaults".
