I can not access my Email. Ihave had my computer checked by NcAfee and they say there is no problem there,and sugessted I contact you. If I can not get your Email, how will I know?

Sorry I have been away. I go to comcast favourites, then to Home page, then to a small wimdow that says Email. Every 2 weeks I have to re-enter my address & the password XXXXX XXXXX entered and I get my Email. this all started after I wanted to watch a video & had to install Adobe Flashplayer 10 Active X. this vame bundled with a free McAfee anti virus. I already had a payed verson Of MacAfee. I later removed the free version but it made no difference. I then contacted Comcast help after 1hour's work, they said they could not help me & suggested I contact McAfee. They took over my computer for about another hour' Then removed all their programmes & said they could no more.Comcast, at some stage changed my password XXXXX the original ndmlbedr2 to codelock.I don't know if they ever changed it back. I am 85 years old & would much prefer it if you could take over control of mym computure.

First thing to try would be to reset your comcast email password XXXXX clicking on the link below:

Unfortunately we are not allowed to remote control of customer's computer, hence we will have to communicate through this forum.

I followed your advice&clicked rest password. I entered my address as [email protected], then typed the 2 letters but it was not accepted and merely returned tothe first page
