I keep getting the message...
I keep getting the message to "open door and clear carriage jam" There are no carriage jams, or I just don't know where to look.

I have already done that. It is not working. I explained to you that I did all that, but it will not reset, and I can't print anything. This is not a good answer.

this only problem with Paper Jam or Carriage issue..

Please search for small pieces of paper there..

If you are found any pieces .you need to change carriage of the product

Also check with HP customer care ..is it under Warranty..

Then you will get replaced the Carriage.
