hi,what is the exact problem?

After an upgrade to office 2007 outlook would not start--I have received a varity of error messages---ost is not an offline file, The microsoft exchange server is unavailable, outlook must be on line or connected to complete this action. when I do get to a pop up for the server name and mailbox for check name I get the above msg with the addition of

Yes the msg left off the prior was cannot resolve name--having said yes --they are on the server not this box

Not a problem but have done that 3 times my last msg is Can not open default email folder the the path to the ost file indicating it is not and offline file
