VerifiedNope, people from "windows" don't call people. They have no clue how your computer is running either. They will charge $250 if they help you with an issue and rarely do people call them for help. Logmein is a remote access tool that gives others access to your computer. I'd be concerned that what he did was walk you through giving him control of everything on your machine. you should be able to go to your control panel and then add/remove programs and remove the logmein software and should be ok. If this was something you didn't ask for, i'd write down their number and turn them into the BBB
