ok thank you can you please tell me exactly when the paper starts to curl inside the machine or where it gets jammed?

if we are printing a doc that has more than 2 pages, typically, about 1/2 inch of the 2nd page will not fully come out of the printer, then the remaining pages jam and curl up in the output tray. we then get an error beep and the remaining pages cannot print or copy until the output tray is cleared

OK thank you that is what I thought may be happening. The paper curling and jamming near the output is actually caused by the fuser. It is being caused by the fuser not heating properly which is then curling the paper. In order to fix this problem you will need to replace the fuser unit.
