Morning, my acer one laptop internal speakers are not working just now. how do I fix it?
Hi,

If you plug in headphones or external speakers do they work?

Thanks,
Rob

external speakers or headphones work fine
Hi,

Ok that's what I figured. If that's the case then the internal speakers are dead and will have to be replaced to fix the problem. I don't know if your laptop is still under warranty but it would be covered if so.

Thanks,
Rob

Mr. Preston, it appears that my external speakers and head phones are not working well either. to me it sounds like a soft ware problem. when the External speakers are connected it sounds like the music is buffering. It plays garbbled and skips ( if you will). Can you help me ? or offer suggestions.Customer!--Session data-->
Hi,

If that's the case then it could be that the internal sound card has gone bad, though I still think the speakers are as well.

Thanks,
Rob

thank you. I will try and replace the card first.
Ok
