Hi,

 

I am sorry to say but my Dutch is very bad so would it be Ok to work in English?

 

If so can you tell me at what point you see the blinking cursor on the screen and do you get any messages before it appears?

 

Also can you tell me if you have your windows XP disk for this machine?

Hallo, ik heb sp 3 XP en heb hem ongeveer 3 jaar. Als ik hem met de cd-rom met boot.ini opstart, dan doet ij het anders. Zonder de CD-rom krijg ik meteen een zwart scherm met een wit streepje dat flikkert.

Ok,

 

Kunt draait u de schijf in uw machine dan het wacht weg dan een minuut en draait het terug zetten wanneer het begin u kan drukken binnengaat wanneer het pers om het even welke sleutel aan laars van CD zegt

 

zodra CD heeft geladen zal het u vragen om r te drukken om in te gaan terug te krijgen of te installeren, drukt ingaat en dan drukt f8 om met de vergunning akkoord te gaan. wanneer het volgende scherm op het zou moeten dan vragen komt u om te drukken binnengaat om vensters te installeren of R te drukken aan reparatie, alstublieft R drukken en de herinneringen volgen aan reparatie.

 

als het u niet de tweede optie geeft om R en reparatie te drukken zet en laat me niet voort het weten

The laptop is a Targa. do i get the answers also in my emailinbox?
Your Netherlands is already very good, so I understand everything.
Can I solved the problem whitout a cd?

Het kan mogelijk zijn om dit zonder CD te doen maar konden kunnen wij elk van uw dossiers, zodat alvorens wij losmaken beginnen u vertellen me of zijn er om het even wat op de machine u moet houden?

Ok,

 

In that case can you shut down the machine by pressing the power button then wait 10 seconds and power it back up, Then as soon as you let go of the power button can you tap the F10 key and see if it opens into a restore program, If it does can you follow the steps to reload your computer.

 

If it does not give you the option let me know

I pushed already on F10, F8 and F6, but he do not do anything. but if you want I'll try is again.

when you first start the machine does it give you any options such as press del to enter setup or anything else?

Ok,

 

If you cannot get it to run you will need to get a restore CD for your machine from Targa.

 

they can be reached here and a replacement CD for your machine should not cost any more than postage http://www.service.targa.de/

 

Once you have the CD you can then just put it into your machine and follow the prompts to repair or reinstall windows.
