Sorry for the delay, we need to check the spooler service in did windows first but you need to unplug the printer from the computer while we do that.
click on start select run now in the run box type in
services.msc and hit enter it will open a services box single click any one on the right hand side and then press the lettr p till you see print spooler under the status it should be started and startup type should be automatic.
reconnect the printer and try to print.
