I am getting an error internal hard disk drive not found.

Resolved Question:

I am getting an error "internal hard disk drive not found. to resolve, reseat drive" HOW/WHERE do I do this? I am capable, but need to know WHERE the internal drive is located. Thank you.

Sure, sorry. Dell Inspiron 1525, a laptop. First time EVER had a problem.

And here is the instructions for removing the hard drive

Try to reseat the hard drive and then turn on the system. If you still receive the same error, then I think the problem is due to a faulty hard disk drive

Well, I've removed and reset twice and I am still getting the same error! Don't understand, was working just fine 2 days ago and now, nothing! I am on a "1521" I purchased 6 mos prior to the 1525 and no problems. I HATE the idea of purchasing another hard drive for a laptop I've had for just over a year. Thank you very much for your help. I just really needed to know WHERE the hard drive was located and you answered that for me. Guess now, I need to argue with Dell!
