Hello, Magic Jack runs pretty good ONLY on Windows XP i have noticed...

we also have a magic jack and man does it get frustating. There is ONLY chat support for this as well.

Try this. Turn off the computer. Unplug the magic jack. Now, plug in JUST the magic jack to a different USB Port (AND) do NOT use the extension piece that came with it, just use the magic jack alone and it does make a difference i noticed.

After that, go here and download the upgrade software.

At the top of this page, click on Click Here and run it.

If you still have issues, use there chat support...

Type in a question (anything) and click search, after that, a box will appear under the search to chat with someone...

NOTE: More than likely you will have to contact there chat support as that is the only option they offer im afraid if the problem continues...
