For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
are you wanting to wipe the whole drive or just selected files?
If you want to wipe selected files then try something like File Shredder http://www.sys-shield.com/fileshredder.htm this is a free program that will erase the files you select.
If you wish to wip the whole drive than do you have your Windows disks?
Let me know
Then in that case look on hte back of the machine and there should be knorled white screw, Remove it.
Then at the top and bottom of the side panel near the rear will be two knurled tabs, You want to squeeze them toward the center and slide the side panel towards the rear of the machine to remove it.
At that point you should have access to your drives and equipment.
If you look near the front of the machine on hte inside you should see your Hard drive with a power and ribbon cable attatched to it, And should look something like this.
Just remove the cables and the retaining screws and slide your drive out towards the rear of the case.
And that should do it.
Glad to hear you got it.
IS there anything else you need help with?
