Are you going through aol web browser to view your email or do you use Outlook or Outlook Express?

Ok what you need to do is open your web browser to your Aol Email page, once you have the complete list of email showing click on the first email where it highlights it and then hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and scroll all the way down to the last email that is in the list and click on this one, this will cause all emails to be highlighted. Then all you do is hit the delete key and this will allow all the emails that are displayed to be deleted.

Hope this helps,
