You may encounter problems if you are running a FAT32 set up --
consider going to NTFS for your HDD. Of course, to do that you
would have to re-install everything since you would need to format the
drive.

Also -- before trying that put in a different DVD and switch from IFO mode to ISO mode and see if that helps.

Hope that helps.

Thanks

If you change the format of your HDD to NTFS then yes you would need to re-install the DVD back up software.

Hi and welcome to JA,
Try the below and you should be good to go.

Standard Windows utility that is called CONVERT serves this purpose

Just go to the Command Prompt, Click start and then run and type command. and execute the command:

     C:\> CONVERT C: /fs:ntfs

Where C: is a name of the drive you want to convert.

After machine re-boot conversion process will start and you'll have your FAT32 converted to NTFS without of data loss.

If this helps please click accept.
Thanks

Sorry that I missed your relist -- The HDD is your hard drive. HDD is an acronym for Hard Disk Drive.

Hope that helps
