How does light travel through the eye

Customer Question

When light hits the eye, what parts of the eye does it go through first and where does it end up?

Light enters the eye through the cornea. It then travels through the aqueous humour, the hole in the iris called the pupil, through the lens where it is focused onto the retina as an image. Between the lens and the retina is the vitreous humor.
