I want to make a formula that will pull the M from the division column and put it into the second division column

there will be multiple do you need to know exactly how many?

No it is ok, ill just keep creating them as needed, but it is a complex macro that needs to be coded

Copy the columns from other sheets to it, make sure they are in A and B

Then press CTRL + R to run it

It will give you a message box when it is done

You cannot as it is for the sheet you gave me, thats how macros will work.

Copy the data from another sheet into it, run the macro then copy the data back

Okay I'll try and explain it - For each division I need a separate Column... so all the F's go into one column and all the S go into its own column and so on

ok, that is completly different to what you originally asked for... I need to recode the entire thing to do this, you will need to make a new question for this as I will have to recode it all over again for you.

I cannot see pricing here, but you will see it when you make the question.

and please make sure to specify exactly what you want. I am not sure why you said it was working how you wanted, but then added additional requirements afterwards, it will mean recoding everything each time you do this, so please be complete in your requirements when making the question.

I have an excel workbook with several sheets. One sheet (ClientTbl) is set up as the parent table and all other sheets (each on separate tab) are set up as the child tables, i.e AddressTbl, EmployTbl, etc... The reason for this is that due to the nature of our contact with clients, it is likely that their address will change from one contact to the next or they will change employer from one contact to the next. Within the child tables, the date and time the information is entered is automatically record. I need to create a query to create one CURRENT record for each client and would like to take advantage of the pre-record date/time filed to ONLY report the record from each table that is the most recent.
