Customer Question

Hi I have a question regarding how to set up a java code for an assignment. Is that something I could get help with?
JA: What programs and versions are you using?
Customer: Blue J 3.1.7
JA: What is your ideal outcome? How can we solve this for you?
Customer: Well I need to create a program that will calculate a phone bill and I am not sure where to start. I have all the requirements the code needs, but am not sure how to incorporate them into code.
JA: Anything else you want the programmer to know before I connect you?
Customer: That should be it, thanks!

Hi, this is what the assignment description is:Create a java program that calculates your AT&T cell phone bill. Here are the basic rules for your plan:Monthly basic fee is $39.99/month
First 450 minutes are free, and each minute after that is charged at $0.45/min.
For data, the monthly fee is $30.00/month for up to 5GB, and each 1GB above that cost $10.
You must ask the user how many minutes they used. Also ask the user how much data you used. You can ask the user to round the data usage UP to the nearest GB which will make your calculation easier.

Tonight by 10pm. Would I have to pay $39 for an answer or would I get it for a different price?
