I have a linux server that is running WHM and a crontab to run every 2mins. The error states Unable to open /etc/localdomains for reading: Permission denied at
/usr/mscpanel/ line 101.
Can you assist?

My hunch says you need to run WHM as Root, or be logged in as Root, and give elevated priveledges.......but im not exactly sure...and it would take WAY too long to troubleshoot this.
