I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 and since updating to Windows 10 I cannot import pictures from my camera. I get the message...Cannot create the specified folder. The folder name is ***** ***** you do not have permission to save to the specified directory. The only box to click is ok and I cannot go any further. Is this program not compatible with W10 or is too soon to know?
